parking


I tried to park my car in the space between the two cars you can see in the first photo, in Shortlands Road (off Lea Bridge Road, Leyton) but gave up. The space was too narrow.

two parked cars at high speed. The force was such that it knocked the tyre off the white car and ground the wheel hub into the pavement.

A metal post was flattened and a brick wall had a gaping hole in it. Neighbours say the people in the car (a man and a woman) tried to reverse out but found it difficult because their car was pinned by the metal poll).

This is Leyton, just a few yards from the Olympics.
